Shawn Mrazek (The Evaporators, Doers, The Notes From Underground, Bossanova, Vancouver Nights, The Dirtmitts, and Flash Bastard) releases his latest project and album under the banner SHAWN MRAZEK LIVES! / THOUGHT HE WAS DEAD. Think Lou Reed alone in the wilderness with Dick Proenneke; songs of Exodus, Self-discovery, Joy, and Freedom!

His eight song album was recorded by Hayz Fisher and is performed almost entirely by Mrazek but his “punk-tinged indie rock collection features contributions from some notable Vancouverites" including members of Apollo Ghosts, Destroyer, Slow, The New Values, and Chris-a-Riffic! (Exclaim!).
